Delivery Charges

Throughout the site, the prices quoted for our products do not include the delivery charge.

Delivery options on your order are calculated based on the weight of the order and will be displayed at the checkout.
You will always be able to see the total price of your order and delivery charges before you decide to commit to your purchase.

Our courier services aim to deliver the next working day in the UK.
Please help us to help you by providing your full address details and a contact number where possible. You will need to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your order. Our couriers will not leave consignments without a signature for security reasons.
Please note that we do not guarantee next day delivery although we of course do our up most to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

If the driver is unable to deliver to you because there is nobody to receive your parcel, they will leave you a card with your consignment number and your local depot number so that you can arrange for re-delivery or collection from the depot.

Unclaimed and undelivered consignments will be returned to us. You will be liable for the return charge at the same rate as your original delivery charge.

Please note that working days do not include Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays - there is a premium payable for Saturday deliveries, please contact us to arrange this option for you if required.

Dispatch
Your order will normally be despatched the same day if we receive it before 3pm Monday to Friday and you will receive an email notifying you of the despatch. We will of course do our very best to ensure that orders received after 3pm are also despatched the same day but where this is not possible your order will be despatched the next working day.
Please assist our couriers by ensuring the delivery address given is accurate with the full postcode and include a contact phone number where possible.

Returns Policy
We offer a 7 day 'No Quibble' returns policy - this does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Products returned in pristine and unused condition will be refunded or credited against your next order.

Please note that used, marked or damaged returns will not be credited - we try to be fair but please be sensible!

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty product, please contact us immediately so that we can try to resolve the problem with you. If we cannot we will replace or exchange the product as soon as we possibly can.

Prior notice must be given of intention to return products so that we can best organise a speedy replacement or refund - whichever you choose.
Dont forget we are always here to help so please contact us with any problems you may have - dont be afraid to ask anything. Weve probably experienced the same at one time or another and can quickly point you in the right direction.

Delivery Charges

We use a combination of Royal Mail first Class for small items 100g or less. Any items exceeding this weight limit will be delivered to you using one of our next day couriers.
Our store will automatically calculate the best shipping costs to insure you get the cheapest shipping costs.
